Autumn's Gate provides five types of lesson programs designed for optimizing your rider's education.
30-Minute Private: $35*
Designed for Entry Level Riders. This allows 100% of the instructor's attention to be focused on building your child's confidence around horses while not overwhelming their mind (or muscles) with a full hour session. Please contact us for availability.1-Hour Private: $60*
Designed for Intermediate- Advanced Riders. Popular for our adult riders who are looking to get back in the saddle or ambitious young riders looking to advance quickly into the show ring. **Currently not accepting any new hour privates- please contact us for wait list or other program suitablity!**1-Hour Semi-Private (3-5 students): $45*
Designed for beginner- advanced riders. Our most popular lesson program. Students are grouped by both skill level and age to provide a dynamic learning style of "professor and peer". Riders enjoy learning from each other and building healthy relationships in both training and competitions. Please contact us for availability and evaluation ride.
COURSES
PonyPrep Academy: $120 per month
PonyPrep is an ongoing introductory course! Skills taught will be safety techniques, grooming, tacking up, walking, two-point, trotting, basic equitation skills, an instructor led trail ride, tack cleaning, and feeding. Please contact for availablity and upcoming sessions!Up/Down University: $160 per month
Up/Down Riders (Experience in walking and trotting) are students who have graduated from Autumn's Gate's PonyPrep Academy or those who have had some experience riding previously. Up/Down is formatted as ongoing sessions of semi-private lessons consisting of 4-5 other students of approximately the same riding level. Foundation riding skills are solidified while students are advanced to the full spectrum of independent horsemanship such as tacking up, grooming, bathing, and feeding your horse. Riding time is approximately 30 minutes with horsemanship skills for 30 minutes. **Rolling Admission, Please contact for availablity!**
